A) How To Pay
i) Within Singapore
1. We accept full payment only. Items will be sent out upon full payment
2. Payment can be made by PayPal.
3. All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
4. All prices are not inclusive of delivery postage. Customers may choose different mode of delivery. Please refer to "Delivery" section for more information.
6.Upon payment, the products will be delivered in approximately 7 working* days. Shipment may be subjected to delay at times.
ii) Outside Singapore
1. We accept full payment only. Items will be sent out upon full payment

B) Delivery
i) Within Singapore
The products will reach Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Delivery options are as follow:
1. Mail delivery
a) Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly. No tracking number for normal mail.
Postage for Normal mail:
1 - 2 items: $1.50
3 - 4 items: $2.50
5 - 11items: $3.50
b) Registered mail - Tracking number is available. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20 to normal mail postage.
Postage for Registered mail:
1 - 2 items: $3.70
3 - 4 items: $4.70
5 - 11items: $5.70
12 items and above - Refer to local courier service below
2. Local courier service
This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and compulsory for items which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. Article will be received on the same day of delivery in Singapore. For the rates of local courier service, click here.
ii) Outside Singapore
For Malaysia customers:
Shipment will take approximately 10 working days* to reach Malaysia. Registered mail is mandatory and tracking number will be provided after delivery.
Postage for Registered mail:
1 - 2 items: SGD3.70
3 - 4 items: SGD4.70
5 - 11 items: SGD5.70
12 -20 items: SGD9.15
Our exchange rate is SGD1.00 = MYR2.50.
Other countries:
Delivery will be made by air mail or courier service depending on the total weight. Each item will weigh approximately 150gm. Customers may check the rates here.
* Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
** We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail regardless of delivery by normal or registered mail. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail. |
