Exchange policy
Item returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging with tag intact. Exchange only valid within 7 days upon receiving the item.

An exchange will be made with no charge if:
1. Wrong colour/size/ item delivered.
2. Product is damaged at the time of delivery ( Please check upon receiving the goods)

An exchange will be made with charge if customers wish to make an exchange to another size / colour / design. Please read the following terms:
1. Exchange charge: SGD7.00 (exclude any price difference and postage)
2. All Items exchange only once.

Refund policy
Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.

Reservation
1. Reservation of items is only valid upon receiving payment.
2. Customers should make payment as soon as possible once they receive the payment details to avoid stock unavailability.
